At Level Up Aesthetics, my mission is to ensure you feel confident, pampered, and completely satisfied with your experience every visit. 🚨To maintain a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies: ✨ Booking & Payments •A deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit is applied to your remaining balance and is non-refundable. •Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. •If paying with cash, please bring exact change. 🕒 Appointment Fees & Hours •Appointments before 8 AM or after 6 PM will incur an additional $20 fee. •Specials are only valid during regular business hours (8 AM – 6 PM). •Holiday appointments will incur an additional $20 fee. •Same-day appointments or walk-ins include a $10 fee. 🚫 Policies •No extra guests allowed during your appointment. •No children, unless they are receiving a service. •A 7-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $10 late fee will apply. •If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. •No-call, no-shows will result in your card being charged 50% of the scheduled service. •Cancellations not within 24 hours will also incur a 50% fee. Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance in order to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Please note: No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
